Services: The Photographer agrees to provide event photography services for the Client during the specified Event Date and Time.

Event Details: as mentioned below (and pre agreed times)

Payment: The Client agrees to pay the Photographer $350 deposit for the services provided prior to the event by stripe. The remaining balance in person or by stripe.

Product: The client will receive digital copies of videos taken.

License: The Client will receive a license to use the photographs for personal and non-commercial purposes only. The Client agrees not to sell or distribute the photographs without the Photographer’s written permission.

Force Majeure: Neither the Client nor the Photographer shall be liable for any delay or failure in performing their obligations under this Contract if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riots, strikes, or natural disasters.

Entire Agreement: This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties. This Contract may not be amended except in writing signed by both parties.

Governing Law: This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the [Governing Law Jurisdiction], and any disputes arising under or in connection with this Contract shall be resolved by the courts of the Connecticut.
